Drinking water is very important for the body. We've all heard this, right? Some overwhelm us saying
to drink 8 glasses a day and some high profile celebrities tell us they drink as much as 13 a day. Meanwhile you're happy
enough drinking your sugary carbonated drink 6 times a day and can't fathom drinking one glass of plain unflavored
tap water. But you know you should. So how do you start drinking more water? And why is it so important anyhow?
Well it's obvious that water doesn't have many calories to it and it's one of nature's most natural
sources. Unless you live in Mexico, it won't do any damage to your body to drink it. Water is a purifier and cleanser
in the body. It moves everything along at a faster pace and replenishes the skin so it looks healthy and glowing. Where sugar
and caffeine can clog up the system, crystal clear water can greatly help the functions of the body, clearing up skin,
improving circulation and getting rid of things the body can do without. (You can call them toxins if you want to, but
that's just too strong a word for me.) Drinking lots of water can even abolish bad breath in the mornings.
Usually, the best way to drink 8 glasses of water a day is to drink one glass of water in the
morning and one at night and one every hour or two in the day (which might convert to drinking out of a bottle that
you refill 3 or 4 times a day). Yes, you will visit the bathroom more, but this is a good thing-It means your body is getting
rid of unwanted waste. If you drank 6 cans of pop per day and didn't visit the bathroom as often, wouldn't you be concerned
where all that sticky sugay liquid was going?
